Colours, finishes, and sizing may vary slightly due to screen differences, materials, and handmade processes.
All creative designs, artwork, and branded concepts remain the intellectual property of Mirrored Memories unless agreed otherwise.
Orders are typically produced within 3–5 working days.
Urgent orders may be available within 24–48 hours, depending on the product and order size. A surcharge may apply.
UK mainland delivery takes 1–3 working days after dispatch. International delivery times vary.
We are not liable for courier delays, customs clearance, or factors beyond our control.
Customer Responsibility: Please ensure all delivery information is accurate. We cannot accept liability for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Personalised & Custom Items: As our products are made-to-order and personalised, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the item is faulty, damaged, or an error has been made by us.
Non-Personalised Items: May be returned within 14 days of receipt in original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return postage.
Damaged/Faulty Items: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days.
Orders or bookings cancelled once production has started are non-refundable.
