Availability: Collection or local event delivery
Price: £25 hire fee – subject to return in the condition it was delivered in, otherwise a cost of £50 will be charged.

Are your designs accurate?
⌃Colours, finishes, and sizing may vary slightly due to screen differences, materials, and handmade processes.
All creative designs, artwork, and branded concepts remain the intellectual property of Mirrored Memories unless agreed otherwise.
What is your standard production time?
⌃Orders are typically produced within 3–5 working days.
How quickly can you process urgent orders?
⌃Urgent orders may be available within 24–48 hours, depending on the product and order size. A surcharge may apply.
What is your UK delivery time?
⌃UK mainland delivery takes 1–3 working days after dispatch. International delivery times vary.
What happens if my item is delayed?
⌃We are not liable for courier delays, customs clearance, or factors beyond our control.
My delivery information is incorrect
⌃Customer Responsibility: Please ensure all delivery information is accurate. We cannot accept liability for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
What is your return policy?
⌃Personalised & Custom Items: As our products are made-to-order and personalised, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the item is faulty, damaged, or an error has been made by us.
Non-Personalised Items: May be returned within 14 days of receipt in original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return postage.
Is your item damaged and/or faulty?
⌃Damaged/Faulty Items: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
